Listening and caring have always been core aspects of my character. Even in my youth people would tell me all their troubles, whether I wanted them to or not!  As I matured, these talents coalesced into a meaningful and rewarding career path in counseling. I have years' of experience working with the homeless on the streets, with dual diagnosis clients in clinics struggling with bad habits and unhealthy attachments, and in a private practice setting with a wide variety of issues. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oglethorpe University here in Atlanta, then my Master's in Psychology from West Georgia University in Carrollton. I am currently working at Thriveworks in Marietta and at Perimeter Therapy Associates in Atlanta. I lead Mindfulness groups and practice daily yoga for self-care.

I could do none of this without the endless support of my collie, Sally.
